During the worship service, we came together to praise the Lord, pray for Ukraine, our defenders, peace in our country, and the unity of Christ's Church. We also thanked God for His faithfulness and asked Him to continue leading each of us, filling us with wisdom, love, and the power of the Holy Spirit.

The sermon was based on 1 Thessalonians, chapter 1. We reflected on the Apostle Paul's thanksgiving for the church in Thessalonica, remembering their "work of faith, labor of love, and steadfastness of hope in our Lord Jesus Christ" (1 Thessalonians 1:3). These words became the foundation for considering what a true Christian church should look like. Faith is not limited to words—it is revealed through our actions. Love is expressed in sacrificial service to others, and hope enables us to remain faithful to God even in times of trials.

We also reflected on the fact that the Gospel comes not only in words but also with the power of the Holy Spirit and through transformed lives (1 Thessalonians 1:5). The Church is called not only to proclaim Christ but also to reflect His character in everyday life. May the Lord help each of us grow in faith, abound in love, and remain steadfast in the hope we have in Jesus Christ.
